Information for requesting flight certification in the event of: Delays – Cancellations – Diversions

In the event of delays, cancellations or flight diversions, it is possible to request the issuance of a specific certificate, indicating the relative reason.

To request the certificate, please read the information on the processing of personal data, fill in the appropriate form, and ​​send it by certified email to ​​pec.sagat@legalmail.it.

If it is not possible to send the request via certified email, the form can be sent by email to ​​mailbox@sagat.trn.it.

The request must be made by the passenger of the flight concerned, who must attach a copy of the boarding pass in their name for the flight in question.

If the request is made by a legal representative on behalf of a third party, the relevant power of attorney must also be attached.

Please note that for each request made, the payment of fees for the management of the file is required.
The amount, equal to ​​€ 15.00 (VAT included), must be paid ​​online ​​by accessing ​​the e-commerce section ​​of the airport website.

Please attach the ​​payment receipt to the request.

If the request is complete with all the information indicated as necessary and is accompanied by the necessary documentation (boarding pass, payment receipt of € 15.00 and any signed power of attorney in the case of a request made by a legal representative), SAGAT will issue the declaration of attestation to the email address indicated in the request form, within 30 days of receipt of the application.

The information requested must only concern the operation of flights at Turin airport. ​​If the requests addressed to Turin airport are not relevant, SAGAT will provide feedback to the applicant, inviting them to contact the airport holding the requested information.
