If your flight to or from Torino Airport was delayed, cancelled or diverted, you can request an official certificate stating the reason.
Send your request by email using the request form. The fee is €15.00 (VAT included), payable online. The certificate will be sent to the email address given in the form within 30 days of receiving your complete request.

Incomplete requests, or requests without the required documents, cannot be processed.

A certificate is not a refund. The certificate confirms what happened to the flight and why, and you can use it as supporting evidence. Refund, rebooking or compensation claims must be made directly to the airline.
