Frequently asked questions

Which airlines fly from Torino Airport?

Torino Airport is served by both full-service and low-cost scheduled airlines, including Ryanair, Wizz Air, ITA Airways, Lufthansa, Air France, KLM, British Airways, Iberia, Turkish Airlines, Vueling, Volotea, Air Dolomiti, Finnair, Royal Air Maroc, Aeroitalia and Dan Air. The full list with contact details is shown on this page.

How do I contact my airline?

The list on this page shows the phone number and official website of each carrier. For booking changes, refunds and assistance requests, the airline is always the point of contact.

My flight has been cancelled: who should I contact?

In case of cancellation or long delay you should contact the airline directly, as it is responsible for rebooking you on an alternative flight, for assistance and for any refund.

Where do I report missing or damaged baggage?

Report it at the Lost&Found offices of the ground handling companies operating at the airport, located on the Arrivals level next to the baggage reclaim area. You should go to the office as soon as you notice the baggage is missing or damaged, before leaving the reclaim area. At Torino Airport the service is provided by SAGAT Handling and Aviapartner, each for the airlines they assist: up-to-date contacts and opening hours are available on the lost baggage page.

What is a PIR and what is it for?

The PIR (Property Irregularity Report) is the missing baggage report opened by Lost&Found staff following the passenger's notification, recording the baggage tag reference and the passenger's contact details. If the baggage is damaged or tampered with, a DPR (Damage Property Report) is opened instead. The passenger receives a copy of the report, which is required for any subsequent claim to the airline.

I left an item at the airport: is the procedure the same?

No. Items lost or left behind in the terminal or on board the aircraft are handled by the Lost Property Office, which is separate from the baggage service. Checked baggage claims must be opened at the Lost&Found desk.

Do airlines have an information desk at the airport?

In the terminal, carriers are represented by the check-in desks and by handling staff during flight operating hours. Outside these times you should use the phone numbers and online channels listed on this page.

Which destinations can I reach from Torino?

The Torino Airport network includes domestic and international routes that change between the summer and winter seasons. You can browse them on the destinations map.
