How to get a lost item back

This service only covers items lost or left behind at the airport or on board the aircraft within the 12 months before your request.

  1. Wait 24 hours after losing the item.
  2. Send an email to oggettismarriti@sagat.trn.it including:
    • the type of item, its colour and any distinctive features;
    • the date and place where you think you lost it (area of the airport or flight number);
    • a phone number where we can reach you.
  3. Wait for a reply: if the office finds an item that matches your description, they will contact you and check that it belongs to you.
  4. Collect your item in person, through someone you authorise, or arrange for it to be shipped.

The more detailed your description, the easier it is to identify your item.
