In case of lost or damaged baggage, please refer to the Lost and Found office of the Handling Company chosen by the Airline.

Airside offices are located on the Arrival level next to the baggage-claim area. For the delivery the handlers' offices are located on the Arrival lounge (public area).

Because of the special circumstances due to the pandemic Covid-19, in case of loss of their baggage urge passengers to contact the Lost & Found office at before going to the airport.
