Coronavirus COVID-19 information in the management of airport operations

The safety of our passengers has always been a priority. In line with the provisions of the competent authorities, we have put in place a series of measures to ensure that transit at the airport is smooth, pleasant and safe.

A few simple rules to follow will help us make you travel safely

  • Prepare the travel documentation and show up with the self-certification already filled in for the foreseen cases.
  • According to current regulations, the wearing of an FFP2 face mask is mandatory on domestic flights. For departing international flights, the use of an FFP2 mask is strongly recommended. The use of a surgical mask is strongly recommended inside the airport.
  • Remember to change the mask after 4 hours of use (unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer) or if it is damaged, and to bring enough with you for the duration of the trip. we recommend you to wear a new mask before boarding.
  • All arriving and departing passengers are subjected to body temperature control by means of a thermoscanner.
  • Access to the Terminal is allowed only to those with a body temperature lower than or equal to 37.5 °.
  • Keep a distance of at least 1 meter from other passengers and from airport operators respecting the signs.
  • If you are leaving, show up at the airport at least 2 hours in advance of the flight departure time, in order to allow the completion of all the airport practices that have become necessary following the provisions for emergency management COVID-19.
  • If you are arriving, after collecting your baggage leave the terminal as soon as possible to minimize the possibility of transmission.

  • Vending machines located in the Terminal

Airport signage

In the areas open to the public and inside shops, restaurants and bars, information posters have been posted containing the prevention, protection and hygiene measures that everyone must follow in order to reduce contagion and protect everyone's health.

In order to ensure that all passengers in the queue are kept at a distance of at least 1 meter, signs have been placed on the ground indicating the interpersonal distances to be respected.

Respect hygiene rules

  • Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes and mouth.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water or using the sanitizer solution dispensers at the airport.
  • Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough even if you wear the mask.
  • Restrict direct contact to any surface of the airport and aircraft.

In addition, the Airline may:

  • request, upon check-in, to complete a self-certification (we suggest you consult the airline's website).
  • allow passengers to carry on board only luggage of a size that can be placed under the seat in front of the assigned seat.
