Transport service for disabled

The Council for People in difficulty (CPD) continues, with the support of SAGAT, the transport service Airport-Turin for travellers with disabilities.

The service, for travellers arriving / departing from Torino Airport, MUST be booked 48 hours in advance.

To facilitate users in the use of the service, CPD has activated a contact centre available every morning from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM, that can be reached through the phone number +39 0113198145 ext. 4

 

Dedicated PRM Parking

The Multistorey Car Park is fitted with 7 lifts, dedicated restrooms and 50 parking spaces for disabled badge holders.

The reserved areas are situated on the second floor of the building, at the Departures level, next to the covered walkway.
 

Disabled badge holders can benefit from the parking free of charge by displaying the original badge in the car and showing it when collecting the car at the information office located in the hall at departures level, together with the identity document of the disabled badge holder and copy of the flight ticket of the outbound flight (for stays longer than 4 hours).

The presence of the disabled person aboard the vehicle at the time of pick-up is mandatory in all cases to benefit of the free parking.

For loading and temporary unloading, 8 spaces are also reserved along the airport roadway (4 on the Arrivals level and 4 on the Departures level). One parking space is also available at the General Aviation terminal.
