Si ricorda che fino al 30 aprile 2021 è in vigore il divieto di spostamento tra regioni diverse, con l’eccezione di quelli motivati da comprovate esigenze lavorative, situazioni di necessità, motivi di salute o il rientro alla propria residenza, domicilio o abitazione. Per giustificare gli spostamenti sarà necessario esibire una autodichiarazione (scaricabile qui).
ATTENZIONE: Dal 31 marzo al 30 aprile 2021 è in vigore l’Ordinanza 30 marzo 2021 del Ministro della Salute che prevede ulteriori misure per i passeggeri che nei 14 giorni antecedenti all'ingresso in Italia, abbiano soggiornato o transitato in uno o più Stati e territori dell’elenco C dell’allegato 20 del DPCM in vigore. PASSEGGERI IN ARRIVO A TORINO
Tutti i passeggeri in arrivo dall’estero devono segnalare il proprio ingresso in Italia compilando il seguente modulo online https://modulo.aslcittaditorino.it/rientroinitalia/
A seguito dell’entrata in vigore del DPCM 14/01/2021 e del D.L. n.2 del 14/01/2021, a partire dal 16 gennaio 2021, tutti i passeggeri che rientrano in Italia da Paesi della UE, Schengen e Associati dovranno effettuare obbligatoriamente il tampone nelle 48h antecedenti alla partenza e all’arrivo devono consegnare agli agenti di Polizia di Stato il Modulo di Autodichiarazione in caso di entrata in Italia dall’estero (scaricabile qui).
Dal 16 gennaio 2021, coloro che sono transitati o provengono da Paesi UE, Schengen e Associati devono consegnare agli agenti di Polizia di Stato il Modulo di Autodichiarazione in caso di entrata in Italia dall’estero; coloro che viaggiano per motivi non di necessità (ad esempio, per turismo) sono soggetti a isolamento fiduciario e sorveglianza sanitaria per 14 giorni mentre chi viaggia per motivi di necessità deve aver effettuato il tampone nelle 48h antecedenti la partenza. I passeggeri in arrivo dalla GRAN BRETAGNA devono inoltre compilare il modulo a loro dedicato (scaricabile qui).
PASSEGGERI IN PARTENZA DA TORINO
Informiamo i passeggeri in partenza che le porte di accesso/uscita al livello partenze sono chiuse. Invitiamo pertanto i passeggeri ad utilizzare esclusivamente gli accessi del livello arrivi.
Tutti i passeggeri in partenza sono tenuti a consegnare agli agenti della Polizia di Stato l'autodichiarazione COVID-19 (scaricabile qui) e il modulo di autodichiarazione precompilato sui motivi legittimi di viaggio (scaricabile qui).
Sono consentiti gli spostamenti per turismo verso Romania, Germania, Olanda e Spagna. I passeggeri in partenza con destinazione finale uno di questi Paesi non sono tenuti a consegnare l’autodichiarazione inerente il motivo dello spostamento.
Tutti i passeggeri in partenza con destinazione Amsterdam o in transito via Amsterdam dovranno presentare all'arrivo un tampone molecolare con risultato negativo (effettuato almeno 72 ore prima della partenza) più un test rapido antigenico negativo (effettuato entro le 4 ore precedenti all'imbarco - effettuabile presso il Covid Test Point dell'Aeroporto di Torino).
In alternativa, i passeggeri potranno presentare all'arrivo un LAMP test con risultato negativo come sostituto per entrambi (molecolare + antigenico rapido).

PASSENGERS ARRIVING IN TURIN
All passengers arriving from abroad must report their entry into Italy by filling out the following online form https://modulo.aslcittaditorino.it/rientroinitalia/
Following the entry into force of the DPCM 14/01/2021 and D.L. 02/2021, starting from 16/01/2021, all passengers returning to Italy from EU countries Schengen and Associates must obligatorily swab within 48 hours prior to departure and upon arrival and show a negative outcome certificate, and must deliver to the State Police officers the Self-declaration form in case of entry into Italy from abroad (countries of list C download here).
Those travelling for reasons not of necessity (for example, for tourism) are subject to fiduciary isolation and health surveillance for 14 days, while those travelling for reasons of necessity must have swabbed in the 48 hours prior to departure.
Passengers arriving from Great Britain must deliver the dedicated self declaration form (download here).
PASSENGERS DEPARTING FROM TURIN
We inform departing passengers that the access / exit doors on the departures level are closed. We therefore invite passengers to use only the access of the Arrivals level.
All passengers departing for any destination must, before accessing the security checks, hand over the pre-filled self-declaration form on the legitimate reason for the trip to the State Police officers (download here) and to the carrier, at when boarding, the COVID-19 self-declaration (download here). Passengers departing to GREAT BRITAIN must hand over the prefilled Self-declaration form on legitimate travel reasons to the State Police officers.
Travel for tourism to Romania, Germany, Holland and Spain is allowed. Passengers departing with a final destination in one of these countries are not required to deliver the self-declaration concerning the reason for the move.
Passengers departing to Amsterdam or transiting via Amsterdam must present on arrival a molecular swab with a negative result (carried out at least 72 hours before departure) plus a negative rapid antigen test (not older than 4 hours beforeboarding the aircraft - which can be carried out at the Covid Test Point at Turin Airport).
Alternatively, passengers may present a negative LAMP test on arrival as a substitute for both (molecular + rapid antigenic).
