These buttons can be used to alert one of the assistants, who are on hand to help disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility. Assistants will accompany such passengers to the main terminal building and then to the boarding gate.
The "call points " are located: near the free parking spaces for disabled people in the multistorey car park (2nd floor); near the main entrance doors (on both the Arrivals and Departures levels); in the Courtesy Corner (Sala Amica); near the bus charter car park; near check-in area R.

BOOKING AND PRE-ALLOCATION OF SEATS
All disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility that require special assistance in the airport should inform the travel agent or the airline company at the time of booking; each airline company has its own regulations concerning assistance for passengers with special needs and it is advisable to enquire about these regulations (with the travel agent or the carrier itself) before booking.
